Chad Moore is a husband to one, and father of two. He's a facilitator and coach in coastal New England. Chad is studying complexity through the lens of improvisation and writes about creativity, innovation, leadership, and emergence.

Also, he is an improvisor who relishes in absurdity.

He's lived and worked in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, California, Manila, Florida, and New York.

Chad worked in video game development for about 20 years. Then, shifted to experience and organizational design, and now works as an Agile Methodology Lead (a fancy way of saying an internal consultant who helps people and organizations experiment, understand complexity, and grow).

He makes art with paper and pen and sometimes computers too. He also keeps a notebook of ideas, doodles, photos, thoughts and shenanigans.
