Playing with Complexity Workshops
I design embodied, interactive workshop experiences that combine improv, complexity science, and design thinking. Participants don't just learn about emergence and creative collaboration, they feel it, through play. What you feel, you remember. What you remember, you use.
Teams leave with new instincts, not just new ideas. The ability to generate from abundance rather than scarcity. To build on what others offer rather than defend their own position. To move through uncertainty without freezing.

Drawing on game design principles, behavior change research, and immersive facilitation, I co-design learning experiences where people don't just acquire knowledge, they develop new instincts. From multi-week cohorts to single-session intensives, the design always starts with the human, not the curriculum.

By capturing your conversations in real time through text and visuals, I help groups see their own thinking, demonstrate that every voice is being heard, and surface themes and connections that might otherwise be missed.

My coaching will evoke and gently provoke you to create the conditions for what you want and need to emerge. I can't heal your trauma or see the future, but together we can design experiments for you to learn from.
